WOMEN & KRAV MAGA
~you were born to be extraordinary~
And Kore can help bring that alive. We are the premier self-defense training center for women in the U.S. Keep reading to learn more about why that's true. It's not an idle claim, although it is a bold one and we stand confidently behind it.
Ongoing Events for Women....
- First Fridays: the first Friday of every month is a free (and open to the public) women's only self-defense class
- Several times a year a women's introductory course is taught at the Silver Eagle Group in Ashburn, Virginia.
We live in a generally safe society, so why train in a primal fighting and self-defense system like Krav Maga?
First and most important: training in Krav Maga changes how you walk, move & generally manage your body in all aspects of life. Women who train in Krav Maga hear the following remarks:
"what are you doing? the way you walk has changed"
"Wow, I don't know what you've been doing...but if I was a mugger I wouldn't come within 10 feet of you."
"You are one of the most confident women I know, how'd you get there?"
You have more fitness options than grocery stores to choose from here in Loudoun County. Training in Krav Maga will do one thing the other programs can never do for you: remarkably decrease your chances of being approached as a potential crime victim.
Here's Why: Most criminals who target women regardless of the crime, begin their attack long before you see them. This process is what we call the Predatory Interview. They look at how you move, how you walk, how you use eye contact, etc. Training with us will change all of those things. You will move with a level of confidence that will cause you to FAIL THE PREDATORY INTERVIEW from a distance.
This is an interview you want to fail.
